Komplicerende ledelse: Affektiv produktion og ikke-uskyldig omsorgspraksis i dagtilbud
Abstract
This master thesis investigates the possibilities of what more and what else may become visible if pedagogical documentation, produced in collaboration between ECEC staff and computer programs, is viewed as affective production and non-innocent care practices.
The above ties into a discussion of how ECEC leadership, anchored in posthuman feminism, could form the basis of a more just ethics of care in ECEC. I call such leadership 'trouble-ing leadership'.
My main inspiration is Donna Haraway’s (2016) concept SF (science fiction, science fact, science fantasy, speculative feminism, speculative fabulation, string figures, so far) as both a theoretical, methodological and analytical framework for my master thesis. My goal is to use the inspiration and thinking collected through my master’s program to bridge a bit of the gap between posthuman-feminism and leadership in ECEC.
