Automatic Detection of e-RNA using Point Of Care Lab-On Chip and Nucleic Acid Detection/ Diagnosis device.

Abstract

A consortium based in Vestfold, including the University of South-Eastern Norway, Mectro AS, and Promakers AS, has worked together to develop a complete equipment for automatic e-DNA / e – RNA monitoring oceans, rivers, and lakes in Norway. In addition, the equipment is planned to be used for biological/biomedical applications. This Master project is an important part of developing and testing the prototype to improve the specific DNA/RNA extraction, purification, amplification, and Detection.
