dc.description.abstractThis master thesis explores the potential of Decentralized Ledger Technologies (DLTs), particularly IOTA Tangle, in storing and analyzing data. The objective of the study is to develop an application that can store data on IOTA Tangle and retrieve it over the internet for analysis and error detection. This thesis provides an overview of various DLTs, their limitations, and challenges in developing a data storage application. Then a detailed explanation of the system's design, implementation, and testing methodology is provided. Furthermore, this study presents an analysis of the results obtained from the implementation of the IOTA-based solution, and discusses its limitations, challenges, and possible directions for improvement. Finally, the main findings, contributions, and limitations of the study are summarized and recommendations for future research are provided.
