The phenomenon of corporate entrepreneurship is “the process by which individuals inside the organization pursue opportunities independent of the resources they currently control; this involves doing new things and departing from the customary to pursue opportunities”. This paper demonstrates the application of three entrepreneurship theories on a historically successful large corporation, and sheds light on some of the most important actions taken by the company management throughout the years to enhance their corporate entrepreneurship capabilities, and gives recommendations for future actions.en_US
