Sammendrag
Systems capable of learning and accomplishing tasks in the same way as the human brain works are known as Artificial intelligence (AI). It can change and improve various industries, including supply chain, management, medicine, and automobiles, by changing business models, improving performance, and enhancing individual skills. Project management is a method used to accomplish a successful outcome at the end of the project. During the past ten years, the growth of AI in project management has offered excellent reasons for expected accomplishments, primarily employed in the assessment of project progress, evaluation, decision-making, and prediction. This research investigates how AI technologies can make the project management process more agile. A mixed-method approach was used to arrive at a more accurate conclusion at the end of the research. It has taken nearly three months to gather the required data through a survey and interviews with the project managers who work in Norwegian companies. This study was conducted in Norway. The hypothesis and data that were gathered were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).
The four variables discussed are AI integration, Organizational learning culture, Change management practices, and Project management agility. A frequency analysis was conducted to analyze the demographic profiles of the project managers who participated in the survey. Reliability and descriptive analysis were performed to analyze the data gathered from the research. Regression and thematic analysis have been undertaken to prove the hypothesis and address research questions. The findings of this study show that AI integration, Organizational learning culture, and change management practices are associated with greater project management agility.
